Guarantee, Refund and Return Policies

Our policy lasts 30 days after order delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange except international orders. International orders are extended to 45 days.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges or Store Credit (if applicable)
If your order arrives damaged or defective we can offer a replacement or store credit. Photo documentation will be required to process a return.
Please let us know if you need to exchange a damaged product for the same item OR if you would rather receive a store credit which you can use to purchase other products at our store.

Apparel Returns - Received your new apparel but it doesn't quite fit right? Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for an exchange to a better size.
